This test is provided for our clients at “VIVID” – the digital neo-bank account for the self-employed.

Your Role

As a tester, you will guide us through the user experience by performing the KYC process within the VIVID application. Your insights will help us evaluate the overall experience and identify any areas for improvement.

As you navigate through the VIVID application, please take the time to analyze each screen for UI/UX review. Pay close attention to the overall design, layout, and navigation flow. Consider elements such as visual hierarchy, readability, and intuitiveness of the user interface. Identify any areas where users might encounter confusion or frustration, and suggest improvements that could enhance the overall user experience. Your insights will be invaluable in helping us refine the app and ensure it meets the needs of its users effectively.

Important Instructions

  1. Process Overview:

    • Download the VIVID app from Google Play.
    • Click on “Create New Account.”
    • Enter your test email (details below).
    • After you receive the code from the testing team, enter it to proceed.
    • Follow the same steps for entering your phone number and its OTP code.
    • You will then reach the KYC process explanation screen.
  2. Documentation:

    • Take screenshots of each stage of the process.
    • Update the Recheque team on your progress throughout the test.

Steps for Testing the VIVID Application KYC

  1. Download the VIVID app from Google Play.
  2. Create your account by clicking on “Create New Account.”
  3. Enter your test email to initiate the account creation.
  4. Receive the system-generated code from your Recheque rep to activate your account.
  5. Enter the test phone number and wait for the OTP code to be sent to you by the test team.
  6. Enter the activation code.
  7. Once you’ve completed these steps, you will see the KYC process explanation screen.
  8. Continue with the KYC process once activated. Take not of bugs, delays, UI/UX.
  9. Reach the final screen – wait to hear if bugs have been detected and if testing should be attempted again.
  10. From here on out – there are a few possible layouts, depending on account settings. Your Recheque tester will explain what should be tested next.

  • Screenshot Everything: Make sure to capture each stage of the process.
  • Provide Updates: Keep the Recheque team informed of your progress throughout the testing process.

What You Need to Begin

  • A quiet room
  • A valid Identification Document (ID or Passport – not a driver’s license)
  • An internet connection
  • A notepad and writing instrument

Compensation

For your participation in this QA & UX review, you will receive a compensation of 110 Euro upon successful completion of the testing process & survey / screenshot submission. Your valuable insights and feedback will play a key role in enhancing the user experience for the VIVID application.

Conclusion

Once you’ve completed the process, compile your screenshots and observations, and submit them to your Recheque rep. Your feedback is crucial for improving the user experience.
